We respond fast to our customers’ needs. For all new business inquiries such as initial meeting requests, plant tour requests, etc., we respond within 2 working hours. For labor only (consignment manufacturing) requests for quotation (RFQs), we provide manufacturing cost estimates within 24 working hours. For full turnkey manufacturing projects, we offer a 3 week turnaround, which is subject to factors such as the complexity of the project, completeness of documentation, etc.
